Norfolk, Va. – Officials at Titan America LLC are pleased to announce today new appointments within its executive structure.
Mr. Hardy Johnson was appointed to the newly created position of Chief Government & Public Affairs Officer. With more than twenty years in the industry, Mr. Johnson has served as President of Titan America's Florida Business Unit, Tarmac America LLC, since 2000. He is a former Chair of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), the Florida Concrete Products Association (FCPA) and was recently honored with the FCPA's Bill Hicklin Lifetime Achievement Award. In his new role, Johnson will coordinate Titan America's company-wide government and public affairs strategies, plans and actions.
Mr. Pat Borders, currently President of Titan America's business, Separations Technologies LLC (ST), will assume the position of President, Tarmac America LLC. Borders joined the company in 1997.
In other organizational changes, Mr. Randy Dunlap will serve as President, ST & Essex Cement Company LLC while maintaining his current position as VP, Separation Technologies, Southern Region Sales and Ops. Dunlap has been with Titan America since 2005.
Mr. Tim Kuebler was promoted to a new position of Senior Vice President, Cement and Aggregates for Tarmac America LLC, reporting to Pat Borders. Kuebler joined Titan America in 2003 as VP, Cement & Aggregates Sales & Marketing for Tarmac America. In 2010, he was elected Chairman of the FCPA.
All appointments will become effective September 7, 2010.
